“Dante Alighieri” Prize to Maurizio Puxeddu for DELLE ALTRE STELLE – Three p / arts canon

Saturday 10 July 2021, during the Grand Gala at the Grand Hotel Tiziano and the “Bernini” Congress Hall in Lecce, as part of the – BIENNALE D’ARTE “IL RINASCIMENTO” from Salento to the wider European context between Art, Philosophy and Literature – organized by the Accademia Italia in Arte nel Mondo Cultural Association, Maurizio Puxeddu was awarded the SPECIAL PRIZE “DANTE ALIGHIERI” 2021 – High Recognition for Literature and Social Commitment, for the direction, script and production of the theatrical show DELLE ALTRE STELLE – Canone a tre p/arti, presented partially and in the form of a video / dance, during the ceremony. Instead, the dancer and choreographer Silvia Layla (present at the initiative) and actor Gianni De Feo (not present for work reasons), participants in the production of “DELLE ALTRE STELLE – Canone a tre p / arti” was awarded the PRIZE INTERNATIONAL VISUAL ARTS “MICHELANGELO’S DAVID” High Recognition for Personality of the World of Art.

The performances of Prof. Roberta Palmisano (Prize
Dante Alighieri 2021), Pianist and Piano Teacher at the Liceo Musicale “Lucio Dalla” in
Bologna, who performed pieces taken from the piano repertoire of F. Chopin and Maurizio
Puxeddu, screenwriter and director (Dante Alighieri 2021 Award) who presented one of his works
theater entitled “DELLE ALTRE STELLE – Canone a tre p/arti” with the dancer Silvia Layla (dance and
choreography) and Gianni De Feo (voice and stage actions).
